PLAY TO WIN

1. The promoter

This promotion is run by Rush Extreme Sports (Pty) Ltd (2015/036681/07), trading as Rush, South Africa ("we", "us"). By entering you accept these rules.

2. Free to enter

No purchase is needed to play or to win. Standard entry costs you nothing.

3. Who can enter

Open to South African residents aged 18 or older. Our staff and their immediate families may not win prizes. You enter in your own name, with your own mobile number.

4. When and how often

The promotion runs monthly until we close it. You get one play per verified mobile number per calendar month; plays reset on the 1st (South African time). A play only counts once you verify your number and claim your prize — an abandoned spin does not use up your monthly play.

5. How winners are decided

Scan the code, spin, then verify your mobile number to lock in your prize. Every prize is decided at random by our server at the moment you spin — never by your phone; the wheel simply shows the result. Every segment on the wheel is a real prize (there are no "spin again" outcomes). Current prizes and their odds may change month to month; the odds in force are always the ones published at the time you play, and only prizes with stock remaining appear on the wheel.

6. Your prize and how it works

You will receive a unique prize code on screen and by email or SMS. Every code:

• is single-use and non-transferable — one use, by you;
• is valid immediately and expires on the exact date shown with your code — you always get at least 14 days from the day you win;
• cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is given;
• is redeemed in person at a participating Rush Extreme park, one per visit, and cannot be combined with any other offer, voucher or discount;
• is subject to availability and monthly limits.

Codes are accepted at any participating Rush, Playstation by Rush or be.UP Park park. Peak and off-peak times differ by park — check before you travel.

7. The streak ladder

Playing in consecutive months builds your streak, with extra rewards at months 3, 5 and 10. Miss a month and you step back one rung; December and January do not count as misses. Ladder rewards are guaranteed, subject to availability — where a stated reward is unavailable we will substitute a reward of equal or greater value.

8. Your information (POPIA)

We use your mobile number, name and contact details to run the game and deliver your prize — this needs no marketing consent. We only send offers or reminders if you have chosen to receive them, and you can opt out at any time. Where you give a child's name or birthday (day and month only), you confirm you are the parent or guardian and consent to us using it for that purpose. We keep competition records as required by law. 9. Our rights

We may amend, suspend or end the promotion, and may disqualify any entry we reasonably believe involves fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, tampering or automated play. A play we reasonably believe was made on a stolen or shared session may be voided and re-instated to its rightful holder.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the promotion, a prize, or a code that cannot be delivered for reasons outside our control. Nothing here limits any right you cannot lawfully waive under the Consumer Protection Act.

11. Law

These rules are governed by South African law, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town.

A copy of these rules is available free of charge on this page and at any participating park. We may ask the winner to verify the mobile number the prize was issued to at redemption.
